Question by Freedom Is Not Free: How many different ways can one love another in a relationship?
I want to know how well you love your spouse or partner or the things you do daily to show them that you love him/her.

I get up at 4 fricking o’clock every morning and make his lunch for him. I sometimes put love notes in his lunchbox and special treats too.

I am not a morning person so by me getting up so early every day just for him, he knows how much I care.

Question by Katniss: How is teenage love different from the love that adults experience?
I’m fifteen and I honestly think I am in love. Yet there are comments made by older and “wiser” people everywhere saying that teenage love is shallow and will never last. What is is that my relationship is missing?

Adults will always think that just because were younger, we’re more nieve and can’t feel the same way that they do. Honestly though, I don’t think that love can feel age, it’s going to hit whoever it hits, if there 13 or 31, it’s not going to matter. Maybe you really are in love with your boyfriend, the reasons adults say this is because we have to go through college, school, ect. and they don’t.

Q&A: Is your first love different to any others?

qa is your first love different to any others

Question by : Is your first love different to any others?
Is there something particularly special about your first love? Do you always love that person in some way? Or is all love like that? I’ve had four girlfriends and only loved one so I don’t know.

Interesting question.

I have found that once someone holds a special place in your heart, you always love that person in some way. Since your first love is your very first experience with love, they seem to hold a particularly special place in your life, and probably for the rest of your life.

As you meet other people that you love along life’s way, I think you will hold special memories about them, too, for the rest of your life. No matter what, though, that first love will always hold what no other love ever can, which is the very first time you opened yourself up to giving the gift of your heart away to another human being for the very first time. It’s a risky, wonderful thing, and not easily forgotten.

At least, this is my experience.

Hope this helped you.

Question by Linda: What does love mean to you? What are the different sides to love?
I am trying to do some deep thinking for a project. I would just like to know from other people what love means to them and what are the different sides to love. I am not just talking about love between humans, maybe love for education or something else. What does it mean to you?

Love between humans:

-Boyfriend & Girlfriend (romantic-kind-of-love): there is a feeling in the world that becomes apparent to two people when they meet, fall in love, and are destined to spend the rest of their lives together. I don’t know if there’s a technical/scientific name for such a feeling, but I do know that since I’ve been experiencing it for the past two years, it’s become one of the best feelings in the world I’ve ever had. The knowledge that I have literally found the other half to my soul (as cheesy and cliche as that is, it’s true) is at the same time mind-blowing, exciting, jaw-dropping. It makes me smile when I think about it, and how lucky I am.

-Family (mother, father, siblings, etc.): I love my family immensely. They’re supportive, caring, understanding, and generous. I know that no matter what happens in the future, I can go to them and be wrapped up in a protective embrace that will shield me from any and all harm in the real world. They’re my guards, if you will.

Love for something else:

-Books: My collection of books is small, but it’s growing. I love the feeling that you get when you sit on a comfy couch on a rainy day and simply escape to a written world. It’s such a feeling of freedom, to allow your mind to do all the things that you physically may not be able to.

-Writing: Like books, I enjoy writing stories that become more personal to me than anyone else who may ever read them, and that also moves my imagination. I love being able to convey so many things through simple words. And I love the connection that happens between a reader and an author.

In the end (and I’m sorry for such a long reply; I wanted to try and be specific as I can for you to analyze and because I was curious as to what I truly thought of this question) love is a many-splendored thing. It’s a truly special feeling, though we might say it and mean it and think it everyday, we know when we do truly mean it versus not. And that difference makes it so special.

Good luck. :)
